To list a property on TR3, an online payment method is required to pay TR3's monthly subscription service fees.
(Currently, TR3 only supports PayPal as our official online payment processing partner).
After your host account receives approval from the TR3 team, the onboarding procedure will guide you to the Billing & Income tab through “Host Dashboard”. The Billing & Income tab is where all payment methods can be managed.
Initially, you will see a card labeled "No available payment method". To proceed, simply click on this card to trigger the management window. In this window, you can add and edit your preferred payment method.
For example, click on “Add a PayPal account”. You will then be directed to a new page from PayPal to complete the payment method setup process.
You can see all the payment methods that have been added, as well as the payment methods currently used for billing and income. You can also delete any payment methods that are no longer in use at any time.
You can always choose your preferred payment method for billing or for income at the bottom of the management window.
